How can I manage appointments with clients?
Once logged in, go to your dashboard to view, accept, or decline appointment requests. You can also set your working hours to let clients know when you're free. Once an appointment has been made you will receive a notification through the app as well as an email to the address you provided when signing up.
Clients will provide you with days and times they are usually available, and you will be able to respond by giving them up to 6 options with a date and time. The client will then choose one of the slots you provided and confirm the appointment.
Whenever the appointment procedure has an update, you will receive the corresponding notification and email. You will have the ability to cancel the appointment if needed and a refund will be arranged for the client. You will also have access to the clients phone number and any health data they choose to share with you.
